Right of Revocation for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction primarily for purposes that are outside their trade, business or profession.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you (not the carrier) have taken possession of the goods:

• if you ordered a single or multiple items delivered together;
• or the last item in case of separate deliveries.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement (e.g. email or letter) to:

It is sufficient to send the notice before the revocation period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery charges), within 14 days. We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return.

You must send back the goods no later than 14 days after you inform us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value if it results from handling the goods in a way not necessary to examine quality, properties or function.

Exclusion / Expiry of the Right

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• custom-made products,
• perishable goods,
• sealed hygiene goods (if opened),
• goods inseparably mixed with others,
• sealed audio/video/software products (if unsealed).
